Meet our Head Chef, Marco Venudo, from Udine, Italy. His career began at the Michelin-starred Lunasia in Tuscany, followed by roles in respected kitchens across Italy. He later expanded his experience abroad, including at Otto Restaurant and a Michelin Star venue in Sydney. At Rosmarino, Marco presents a menu rooted in Italian tradition, prepared with quality ingredients from trusted farmers and artisans.
