CHEF MARCO VENUDO

Meet our Head Chef, Marco Venudo, from Udine, Italy. Marco’s culinary journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen, where he developed a deep love for cooking.

He started his professional career as an apprentice at the Michelin-starred Lunasia in Tuscany and went on to work at renowned eateries across Italy. Marco’s passion for diverse experiences led him to kitchens around the globe, including Australia’s Otto Restaurant and Sydney’s one-hatted gem.
